INTRODUCTION
Acrylate Injection Grouts is a high-elasticity gel formed from acrylate monomers as the main agent, with water as the carrier, under the action of initiators and accelerators (curing agents). It is free of toxic components, making it an environmentally friendly chemical grouting material for leak plugging and waterproofing. It has high viscosity, strong penetration ability, and the gel exhibits excellent impermeability, viscoelasticity, and aging resistance.
 
APPLICATION
This product can be used for long-term water environment of cracks, deformation joints, construction joints seepage plugging, or sheet waterproof layer of seepage repair grouting and underground structure reconstruction of the waterproof layer grouting, it is very strong chemical corrosion resistance, can be used for special environment injection.
 
ADVANTAGES
Strong penetration: Liquid viscosity is extremely low, the slurry can penetrate into the 0.01mm fine crevices, effectively deal with water seepage.
Good elongation: The gel has high elasticity, and the extension rate can reach 50%, which effectively solves the expansion and contraction problem of the structure.
Excellent seepage resistance: The permeability coefficient of the gel is small, and it is extremely difficult for water to pass through the gaps after grouting.
Large expansion rate: Under dry condition, it has excellent bonding performance with concrete surface, even if the gel is destroyed, the concrete interface is still intact.
Stable performance: Long durability and corrosion resistance, can be used in underground construction for a long time.
Short and adjustable curing time of the grouting liquid: The operation of the grouting process is simple and fast, especially suitable for the leakage plugging project with narrow construction site, short construction time and high construction efficiency requirements.
